This is a lovely pre-war motor car, offering lots of space and comfort. It was first registered in October 1935, having been supplied by Turf Motors, Frizinghall Ltd, of Bradford and the car has obviously been well maintained throughout its life, as it is in very good shape. Excellent chassis and running gear. The bodywork is very good, with well-fitting doors, and the car is well painted, albeit with a few minor areas to improve, and all nicely patinated. The interior of the car is mainly original, with leather seats, and is generally good for its age, although some improvement would be possible. The headlining is fairly new and therefore very good and there is a working courtesy lamp. There are three window blinds, all in working order, and an opening windscreen and sliding sunroof. The car starts well and the engine is nice and smooth with good oil pressure. It is a pleasure to drive with nice gearbox, clutch and adequate brakes. Flashing indicators have been fitted for safety, these work off a steering wheel switch; semaphores are fitted but not connected and there is a reversing lamp. The underside of the car is clean and tidy but shows that the car has been well used. The tyres are in good condition with no cracking and plenty of tread left. V5C, some paperwork including old MOTs. Ready to use and enjoy.
We are always pleased to consider part-exchange for other pre-war or early post-war cars, (or for good MGs) and can offer economic delivery to most parts of mainland Britain.
