Austin Seven Ruby Mark II De-Luxe 1936

An attractive little Ruby in very good all-round condition.  An older restoration, but well maintained since – recent works (over the last few years) include engine rebuild, back-axle rebuild, new tyres.  New front seat cushions and headlining. The charging system has also been restored, all the gauges work, even the petrol gauge, and there are working semaphores, together with flashers.  The original Riste horn is also present and working.  The car starts easily and runs and drives correctly with good oil pressure, nice gearbox, clutch and brakes.  Underneath, the car is good and original and sound, and the spare tyre area is also good and contains the pull-out luggage rack.  All in all, a very good Ruby , as it should be, with everything present and working.  There are a few minor blemishes on the paintwork and some of the interior is not new, but this all adds to the overall patina and charm of the car.  V5C.

We are always pleased to consider part-exchange especially for good MGs, other interesting pre-war cars, and we can offer economic delivery to most parts of mainland Britain.

We also sell cars on a commission basis – no sale, no charge.
