Just taken in part-exchange, this is probably the best value MGB on the market at the moment – very solid in structure and bodywork, having obviously been restored a few years ago (new sills and wings etc). The mechanics are good, and include (according to the previous owner) stage 2 engine, restored transmission, including overdrive, and refurbishment of rear axle and front suspension. The rear suspension has also been rebuilt with spax shockers and parabolic springs. The car has also had a new cream interior at some stage (this now needs a little bit of attention, please telephone for more information). The car starts well, runs well with good oil pressure and working overdrive. There are four nearly new matching Avon tyres. The paintwork could be better, but all in all this car offers great value. Comes with V5C, MOT to October 2019 and some paperwork, including a copy of the original logbook.
We are always pleased to consider part-exchange for pre-war or early post-war cars, or for other good MGs, and can offer economic delivery to most parts of mainland Britain.
