A lovely old MGB Roadster which not only looks good, but sounds and drives just like an MGB should – one of the nicest we have driven in a while. This example is very original in specification, which makes a pleasant change, including fully working overdrive and wire wheels. The bodywork, which is finished in its original Teal Blue, is generally good, the car having obviously been restored several years ago. The mechanics are sound with good, strong engine and with excellent oil pressure and no overheating. We haven’t heard any clunks or bumps from the suspension or back axle and the gearbox is just as you would hope for in an MGB – that is to say, very good, and the servo brakes work well as does the hand brake. The under bonnet area is clean and tidy as is the underside of the car. The original ochre interior is in nice condition with original specification seats in good order, and very good door cards and cappings. The hood is vinyl and fits well, and there is a hood cover for use when the hood is folded down. Comes with Heritage Certificate stating that the car was originally supplied to Wadham Ltd of Barnstaple, Devon, V5C, and a new MOT.
