First registered in August 1980, this MGB would appear to have been well pampered, as it is in excellent condition. A lot of restoration was carried out around the year 2000, including some bodywork, interior, new engine etc. Since that time, it has been meticulously maintained. There is no rust or rot anywhere that we can see, the doors fit well and the sills and castle sections are all excellent. The interior of the car is very good, with black leather seats. The hood has been replaced in the last few years, there is a tonneau cover and rear wind-stop and the ‘Minilite’ wheels are excellent. The car starts, runs and drives well with good overdrive, no overheating and excellent oil pressure. New MOT – to 29 December 2020, good history file, V5C, handbook. We don’t think you will find a better example at this price, and these rubber bumper models, apart from being much cheaper than the chrome bumper cars, drive a lot better.
We are always pleased to consider part-exchange especially for other good MGs, and we can offer economic delivery to most parts of mainland Britain.
We also sell cars on a commission basis – no sale, no charge.
