MGB V8 Sebring Style Roadster 1968

We are very pleased to now have in our showroom this superb MGB Sebring Style Roadster. It was restored and modified in 1994/95, when it was purple and at that stage, we believe it was used for racing in the Cockshoot series. The car was then further improved and modified, including the Sebring bodywork in 2014, in France. The overall result is a very quick motor car which could no doubt be used again for the Cockshoot series or similar, or indeed, would make a fantastic track-day car. We also understand that it has raced in France, in the VEC series at Pau and Angouleme.  It would of course, also be a great road car.

The V8 engine is 3500cc and this has been rebuilt in recent times. Holly carb.  The gearbox is 5-speed and there is a limited slip differential, together with Jaguar XJ6 adjustable rear suspension. The front suspension is coil spring over telescopic dampers.

The car looks awesome and powerful, standing on its Minilite wheels, which are shod with huge 225/50 x 15″ tyres. It also has large diameter racing brakes with new calipers, Williams racing harnesses, and circuit breaker.   The car is in very good condition and the paintwork is excellent. The car is road-legal and has a current V5C. It has been MOTd in the past but is not currently.

This is a serious car, so serious enquiries only please.
