According to the Heritage Certificate which accompanies this car, it was built on 19/20^th November 1979, and finished in Vermillion Red, with silver and grey trim, together with Rostyle wheels and overdrive. The car is in very good condition and comes with MOT to 16/10/24, with original Handbook and Passport to Service issued by the original supplier, Rocar of Huddersfield. There is a good history file going back to 1987, detailing previous owners and the work carried out over the years. During its life, the car has had extensive restoration, including inner and outer sills, wings, a repaint and the rebuilding of the mechanics including engine, overdrive etc., all resulting in a very useable example which is structurally excellent – the underside of the car is very, very good indeed. There are a few blemishes in the paintwork which could be attended to in due course, but nothing major. This is a great car to drive, with plenty of power and upgraded suspension (lowered and fitted with Spax shockers at the front), working overdrive. The oil pressure is good, the gearbox is nice and tight, the back axle is quiet. The interior is very good with original seats, walnut dashboard, and as you can see, there is a sunroof. Wheels and tyres are good, and everything seems to work as it should do. Very good value at the asking price.
